ok, i'm pinching off 5 mins to blog abit abt today.have to go back to revise for geo and ss!!!!
today's tests:
1. English
2. Chinese
3. Pure Literature
well, english. there's only one word to describe today's paper. SHIT. come on la, i don't even know how to do the FIRST question. And i was still so happy upon seeing that the paper only has 7 questions excluding vocab and summary. ALL THE WORDS ARE SO IN DEPTH. i think ah, i dunno at least 1 word in every sentence. and until now, i still dunno how to pronounce the word which i wrote for the 1st question, when they asked us to find a word which means constant struggling dunno wad. all i noe is that it's the E word.hahhaha.i'm not the ONLY one who doesnt noe how to read that word ok.serious. and on with vocab. i got so tensed up trying to beat the clock, at the last minute, there was this word impenetrable. i dunno what it means and i swear it does not mean 'cannot go in' ok huiyan. hahaha. so sick la she. anw, i was so irritated, i just kept saying 'die la die la' to myself. so in the end, i decided to write the meaning as 'dead'.HAHAHAAH.and i thought it sounded quite right lor.but obviously it was WRONG.nvm.
then came chinese.CHINESE WAS FREAKING SCARY CAN. it was so easy, i wondered if it was some kind of trick questions. Out of 10 compre questions, 8 were just 'copy and paste' directly from the passage, and the other two questions were just to explain what 2 phrases meant and what this story tell you about.hahaha.huiyan was very pissed about it because she said that the express paper's words were like so huge compared to her hcl paper. like from pri sch like that.hahaha.i think i'm quite confident in doing well for this paper. and the cloze passage wasnt too challenging so yea.
and lastly, literature. the unseen text was quite interesting and easy to understand. the questions were manageable too, like what's yr impression of that woman and a style question. i decided that it would be better to make 3 points for each question and fully develop them instead of writing as much points as i could.hahaha.so in the end, i had 6 mins left to stone and read my beautiful handwriting!!!
ok, i got to get back studying now!bye!
